Jason was honored in the areas of Labor and Employment, Medical Malpractice, and Personal Injury. He is an experienced appellate advocate with successful appeals in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. His work includes the first appellate case in Georgia addressing a nursing home’s attempt to enforce an arbitration clause in a resident’s admission agreement.

Judge Cauthorn was honored in the areas of Appellate Law, Family Law, and General Practice. He has served as a judge in the State Court of Cobb County and the Superior Court of Cobb County. He is an experienced trial lawyer, and has participated in hundreds of jury and non-jury trials in his more than 40 years practicing law.
